Delivery policy

Digital delivery

Every product in this shop is digital. Nothing is shipped by courier. Delivery means a WhatsApp message with a profile, a redeem code, or a license key.

During support hours, 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM Bangladesh time, delivery is usually within 30 minutes and within 4 hours of a confirmed order.

What we need from you

Checkout collects your name, phone number, address, and an optional email. If a product must be activated on your own email, support will ask for that email after the order is placed.

An order starts once you send it on WhatsApp and support confirms it in the chat.

Weeknight cutoff

Orders placed after support hours start the next morning. The 4-hour window is counted inside support hours, not overnight.
